Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
Browse by category or use search, add items to your cart, and checkout securely. You'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best. Once shipped, you can still return it under our 30-day guarantee.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard worldwide shipping is 5–9 business days. You'll receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 45+ countries, free of charge. If checkout accepts your address, we ship there.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
In most regions, no — our shipping partners pre-pay duties. In a few cases, fees may apply at delivery. Reach out if you're unsure.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Return anything for a full refund — no questions asked. Contact support to arrange a return label.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 3 business days and reach your account within 5–10 days depending on your bank.
