Free worldwide shipping
We ship to 45+ countries — every order, every destination, free of charge.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Estimated delivery times
Standard worldwide shipping takes 5–9 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; transit may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, and carrier delays.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order. If your tracking doesn't update within 5 business days of dispatch, please email support@castivaro.com and we'll investigate.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
For most regions, customs duties are pre-paid by our shipping partners and built into the product price. In a small number of cases, additional fees may be charged at delivery by your local customs authority. The customer is responsible for any such fees, which are outside our control.
Address accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@castivaro.com within 7 days of expected delivery (or 7 days of receipt for damage). We'll work with the carrier to investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Restricted destinations
Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries due to local regulations or carrier restrictions. If your destination is restricted, you'll be notified at checkout or by email shortly after placing the order.
