We stand behind every product we ship. If something doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a full refund.
30-day money-back guarantee
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the purchase price. We don't ask why — if it doesn't land, send it back.
How to start a return
- Email support@castivaro.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the items back. We recommend using a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items, gift cards, and personalized goods are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.
- Defective or damaged items are replaced or refunded at no cost — please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or a mistake on our part. We don't currently offer prepaid return labels.
